A rare planetary alignment is captivating the world, as multiple celestial bodies will line up in the night sky. While scientists see this as a natural event, believers recognize that God often uses the heavens as signs (Genesis 1:14, Luke 21:25). Throughout history, astronomical occurrences have aligned with significant biblical events, reminding us of God’s sovereignty.
Jesus told His disciples to watch for signs in the heavens that would signal His return (Luke 21:11). While we must be cautious about assigning prophetic meaning to every cosmic event, the increasing frequency of these occurrences should make us pause. Could this be another indication that we are drawing closer to the end of the age?
