What is Prophecy?
Prophecy is the divine revelation of future events as declared by God through His Word. The Bible is filled with prophetic passages that foretell the coming of Christ, the rise and fall of nations, and the events leading to the end of the age. Biblical prophecy is not just about prediction. It is about preparation, warning, and the assurance that God’s plans will come to pass.

What is Reconnaissance (Recon)?
Reconnaissance, often shortened to "recon," is a military term referring to the strategic exploration of enemy territory to gather intelligence. It is essential for battlefield awareness, allowing forces to anticipate attacks, recognize enemy tactics, and prepare defenses. Without reconnaissance, an army is vulnerable to ambush, deception, and defeat.

The Mission of Prophecy Recon
As Christians, our primary mission is not to engage in physical warfare but to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world. However, the Bible makes it clear that we are on a spiritual battlefield. Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6:12:

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."

This is where Recon comes into play. We are called to be forward observers (watchmen on the wall) relaying crucial, real-time intelligence to fellow believers. Our goal is to help the body of Christ recognize the enemy’s movements, discern the signs of the times, and stay Battle Ready. Through the lens of biblical prophecy, we analyze current events, cultural shifts, and geopolitical developments to equip Christians with the awareness they need to stand firm in the faith.
